Licensed to practice in Macau and Portugal, with extensive experience as jurist of the International Law Office (GADI) of Macau Government, senior legal counsel and vice president of Macau based gaming companies, lawyer of private banking and insurance companies, as well as legal adviser to cable TV etc.. Specialist in gaming law, banking, insurance, tax affairs, corporate governance, intellectual property, protection of personal data, investment, litigation and international law.

Since 2013, has been teaching at the University of Macau: property rights, commercial, corporate, contracts, civil procedure, legal language, general theory of Chinese law and Chinese private law.
